Talkers are divided or grouped or categorized and formed into a certain talk group. This would allow everyone to easily receive and transmit signal and data since it would conserve bandwidth. Trunking is used to regroup frequencies and talk groups to manage frequencies better. While the moving antenna or the portable antenna is used in cars mostly policemen cars or firemen cars.
